Being a small company Norwich Van Man can not afford the time and expense these people take up. When Norwich Van Man began 2 years ago no terms and conditions were in place. We felt people would be as honest as us. 2 years on and we have had to change our policy. Norwich Van Man will still continue to offer the same great service and duty of care to all your belongings. Don’t believe us - check out feedback.

Norwich Van Man no longer offers insurance for your items. By signing this form you are accepting this. You use Norwich Van Man and his staff at your own risk. While every care will be taking with your items (we treat your items better than our own) we have taken this difficult decision for many reasons including:

: False Claims (it turns out not everybody is as honest as us)

: Customers failing to pack or cover items effectively

: Furniture not being protected properly or not being designed to be moved, for example wardrobes.

Should it assist you your home insurer will offer extended cover for your items for a minimal fee.

We have lots of satisfied customers and the decision to stop our insurance policy is down to customers making claims that have turned out to be false. Further information is provided on our internet site. Please note our vans are insured for Hire and Reward purposes.
